A kinesiology session lasts approximately 90 minutes. For more complex issues, it could take up to two hours. Therefore, it's best to plan your time generously.

This is very individual and depends on your specific issue. Some clients come for a one-off session to address a pressing problem, while others use regular sessions (e.g., monthly) for ongoing support. After the first session, we'll discuss together what would be best for you.The best and most sustainable results are achieved through continuous collaboration, in which a program is developed and adapted.

First, the problems and goals are discussed in a consultation. Questions are asked to clarify the client's lifestyle and physical and mental state. Following this, kinesiological methods are used to support self-regulation, creating a balanced state and thus enabling deeper work. Then, muscle testing is used to uncover the underlying causes and solutions that are individually needed.

The price for a kinesiology session is €90 for 60 minutes. A session lasts 90 to 120 minutes. Students receive a reduced price of €70 for 60 minutes. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
